Album and print purchases can be made once you  receive your online photo gallery. If you purchased an album in advance such as a create your own or a custom designed album by us you will receive an email with your code and details on next steps. 

Custom designed album orders take approximately 8-10 weeks to complete.

Your big day, it's here! The big day! Take a deep breath and enjoy it! It truly does go by with a blink of an eye.

We will follow your final timeline and are available for all your photography needs. We are there to document your story and encourage you to ask us for any photos you may want taken.

Once your wedding day has come to a close, the editing process begins. We are committed to providing a seamless and efficient experience, and as such, sneak peeks are delivered within 5 weeks of your day and have your edited photos ready for you to view within 12-16 weeks. You will be able to access your photos via an online print order gallery, from which you can download & order prints/albums.

The home stretch! So much is going to happen for you this month. By now you should have received your wedding questionnaire which should be completed and returned to us by time we schedule your wedding day consultation. 

30 days out

Your big day is almost here and we are so excited! Now is the time to start finalize your wedding timeline, family photo shot list and make your final payment. At this time we highly recommend determining the need for additional coverage and additional photographers. You will receive your final invoice, as well as your wedding day questionnaire this month!

60 days out

It's time to schedule your creative consultation and start thinking about your timeline, photo locations and the vision of your wedding story. Take the first step towards realizing your dream wedding by scheduling your creative consultation today. During this 60-minute call, we will delve into the finer details of your timeline, photo locations, and overall vision for your special day, ensuring that every aspect is expertly planned and executed to perfection.

3-4 Months out

This week we’ll send you your final confirmation “week of” e-mail. Which includes a short but very important questionnaire confirming important phone numbers and addresses for your big day. We will also include last minute reminders, tips and words of encouragement for the big day. 

Please attach all final timelines and photo lists to this email, as well as, any details or changes you may have made.

If you have made it this far, you're booked! At this point you should have signed a contract, paid a 50% retainer and had your pre-booking consultation. If for any reason you have not had an opportunity to chat with us, we would be happy to schedule a call with you to discuss all things wedding.
